Order a test

You have a number of ways of placing an order with us:

• By telephone on 0191 516 6632

• By fax - Simply complete and fax back to us the Professional Order Form      

   which can be downloaded by clicking here.

• By post/letter of instruction.

NB. Please make sure that you have all the relevant case information at hand i.e. names and dates of birth of all parties to be tested, the name of the individuals(s) with Parental Responsibility for the child (if the child is under the age of 16 at time of sampling) and the address details to where the sampling kits should be sent. Also if you have a hearing date, it would be useful to know this so that we can ensure we meet your reporting deadline. If you are sharing the costs with other parties, please also complete the invoicing details form and send it back to us with your original order. Thank you!

Remember - we have three levels of processing:

• STANDARD - 5 to 10 days turnaround*
• PREMIUM 72 – results turnaround within 72 hours*
• PREMIUM 24 – results turnaround within 24 hours*
